Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for an overnight, hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our full-time team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises CNAs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate service.

Starting pay is $35 per hour with overnight shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM-2:00 PM; PRN options are also available. Candidates must hold a current Texas nursing license and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas nursing license (or compact state).
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.
• Ensure preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.
• Maintain confidentiality and pass background checks.
• Be available for emergencies.

At The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our overnight team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Salary: Starting at $35 / hour

Shifts Available: Full-Time

2:00PM-10:00PM

Shifts Available: PRN

6:00AM-2:00PM

2:00PM-10:00PM

10:00PM-6:00AM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Be responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Clinical Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
• Possess current nursing license valid in the State of Texas or compact state. (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
