TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in an outpatient clinic focusing on the geriatric population. You will manage complex clinical situations and coordinate care with a focus on a patient-centered approach.

Formación

• 3-5 years of nursing experience, with Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
• Ability to practice within the scope of authority as established by the state.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients under supervision.
• Conduct physical exams and patient teaching.
• Manage medication orders and diagnostic studies.

Conocimientos

Proficient with EMR systems

Microsoft Office Suite

Effective written communication

Educación

Master’s degree in clinical nursing
