Job summary

Atlantic MEDsearch in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a highly experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. The role focuses on primary care for seniors with opportunities to coordinate cardiology, imaging, nutrition services and on-site support.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm), call coverage by phone, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME, vacation, relocation assistance, retirement and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with geriatrics experience.
• Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for geriatric patients in outpatient setting.
• Coordinate on-site cardiology, imaging, and nutrition services.
• Share call coverage by phone; schedule Mon–Fri 8am-5pm.
