Job summary

Medco Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across adolescent to geriatric populations. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards and the ability to work under supervision of the ADNS.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, participate in performance improvement, and ensure care plans align with existing regimens and policies. Geriatric care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement nursing care for patients in line with federal, state and local regulations.
• Consult with nursing staff, physicians and management to ensure resident needs are met.
• Maintain performance improvement activities and participate in CQI processes.
• Delegate and operate within the nursing regimen as prescribed by physicians.
