Total Life Inc. is actively seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person Longevity program across Greater Orlando. The role involves leading daily resident education, performing one-on-one longevity visits, and coordinating follow-up with primary care providers.

The position requires Florida APRN and RN licenses, national NP certification, and DEA registration with Florida prescribing training. You will travel between senior living communities and work under a supervised protocol or autonomously

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida APRN license and RN license.
• Current national NP board certification.
• DEA registration and Florida 3-hour controlled substance course.
• Ability to practice under a protocol with supervising physician or autonomous APRN.
• Clinical experience caring for adults 65+ including geriatrics.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.

Aufgaben

• Conduct 45–60 minute longevity visits based on a comprehensive geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate residents for weight management and GLP-1 therapy where appropriate.
• Identify residents needing follow-up care and coordinate with their primary care providers.
• Document every encounter accurately in our EHR to Medicare standards.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Greater Orlando area.
