Trio Health Partners is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to serve residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, delivering psychotherapy and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes in-person patient interactions, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to Medicare/insurance requirements.

You will work a flexible full-time schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and enjoy benefits, monthly bonuses, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for direct resident interaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage a caseload effectively.
• Strong patient care skills focused on the elderly in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Manage your caseload and schedule with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, including Medicare and commercial insurance plans.
