Job summary

Trio Health Partners in Illinois is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to provide in-house psychotherapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff while integrating behavioral and physical health care.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or on-call, a monthly bonus program, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, CME reimbursement, and licensure/credentialing support to help

Qualifications

• Licensure requirements: Must hold a clinical license in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist). No other licensure accepted at this time.
• Experience: Preference for geriatric or long-term care populations; Medicare/Medicaid understanding beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multi-tasking ability, and strong patient care skills.
• Additional Requirements: NPI number (assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Manage caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Ensure documentation compliance for Medicare and commercial insurance plans.
