Job summary

Trio Health Partners is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to join our in-person team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Illinois. You will provide psychotherapy and collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff to support residents' emotional and psychological well-being.

The role offers flexible full-time hours, a compensation range of $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience, plus a monthly bonus program, healthcare and 401(k), PTO, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, multi-tasking ability, and strong patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
• Manage your caseload and schedule with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, including Medicare and commercial insurance plans.
