Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide compassionate behavioral health services to seniors in long-term care, assisted living, and community settings.

You will perform thorough assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual and group psychotherapy onsite and via telehealth, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' quality of life and support staff education.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy individually and in groups.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with experience serving older adults.
• Comfort with telehealth and supportive staff education.
