CHE Behavioral is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide therapy and assessments for older adults in long‑term care and rehabilitation settings. Qualifications

• Currently licensed in New York as a LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology)
• Strong clinical experience in geriatric mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, with thorough documentation
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay current with best practices
• Demonstrate patient-centered care, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
