Qualifikationen

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure: Current state licensure to practice independently as Psychologist (Ph.D/Psy.D.), LMHC, LPC, LMFT.
• Experience: Mental health experience, preferably in geriatric or long-term care.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities.

• Be a trusted resource for residents with assessments and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy for depression, anxiety, grief, and cognitive changes using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff for integrated care.
• Respond to crises with timely intervention and support.
• Maintain confidential records and comply with ethical, state, and federal guidelines.
• Navigate multiple electronic medical records with accuracy.
