Job summary

Winona Health in Winona, MN is seeking an LPN for General Surgery. This 0.90 FTE position covers days 7:30 am–5 pm, with no weekends or holidays, and requires flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations.

The LPN will assist with rooming patients, vitals, medications, immunizations, and procedures in the office setting, document in Cerner, and support care coordination. Requires ADN, MN LPN license, BLS, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• LPN License in Minnesota is required.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Cerner are required.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and monitor patients for physicians.
• Administer medications and immunizations as ordered by the physician.
• Assist in office-based surgical procedures.
• Follow all infection control policies and procedures.
• Input data into the EMR (Cerner).
• Coordinate scheduling and care for patients referred to specialty care.
