Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY seeks a Medical Director to guide the Senior CommUnity Care PACE program, delivering high-quality primary care and clinical leadership. The role involves directing medical activities and supervising clinicians to ensure patient-centered care.

The Medical Director reports to the Executive Director for PACE, works with physicians, NPs, and residents, and supports education and clinical service initiatives within the program.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Kentucky license required.
• DEA registration and ability to obtain staff privileges at contracted agencies.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; geriatrics advanced certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and guidance to Senior CommUnity Care providers.
• Deliver primary care to participants of the PACE program.
• Supervise Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
• Report to the Executive Director for PACE and support education/clinical service missions.
