HealthDrive is seeking a Medical Director to oversee new admissions and collaborate with on-site NPs in skilled nursing facilities. The role is on-site in Georgia with flexible schedules and no nights or on-calls, offering competitive compensation and billing support. You will lead quality initiatives, supervise clinical staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school and residency completed.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state with DEA license.
• Certified Medical Director or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work independently and with on-site staff, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director for SNFs/rehabs and participate in quality initiatives.
• Attend monthly QA/regulatory and quarterly staff meetings.
• Guide staff, oversee care plans and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with NPs to manage daily resident care and rounding.
