Apploi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full- or part-time roles in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The nurse will provide direct resident care, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a care team to improve resident experience.

Hiring immediately for NY-licensed candidates. Shifts are available across day and evening hours, with daily pay options.

Qualifikationen

• Current NY LPN license.
• Hours include 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Deliver resident care and assist with treatments.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
