- Must possess NY LPN license.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
