Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our integrated clinical team onsite at local LTC facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong clinical backing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCPC license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, substance use, and other LTC-related conditions.
• Deliver behavioral management and brief, goal-oriented interventions.
