Job summary

Senior Care Therapy in the United States seeks Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities. You will join a clinician-led team and deliver patient-centered care with strong support from administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of application.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient with EHR and documentation workflows.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities.
• Strong organizational and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess and treat emotional/behavioral conditions and cognitive decline.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families.
• Document clinical notes accurately in the EHR.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans.
