Job summary

Bethesda Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and throughout their stay. You will develop dynamic care plans with an interdisciplinary team, document care plans, and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and families.

Safe administration of medications and treatments is expected, with strong adherence to SBAR communication in crises. The role requires an active Missouri RN license, CPR/AED certification, and excellent time

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state of practice.
• CPR/AED certification required or able to obtain within six months.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and ongoing.
• Document assessments and care plans accurately.
• Develop and adjust care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely.
• Record interventions electronically and in writing.
• Provide weight to safety and regulatory requirements in care delivery.
