Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population across skilled nursing facilities in NY, NJ, PA, and MD. We handle billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications so clinicians can focus on patient care.

We offer full-time options ranging from 32- to 40-hour weeks, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions (depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families.
