Job summary

Deer Oaks is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join an integrated care team serving older adults and individuals in long-term care facilities around Mount Pleasant, TX. This role emphasizes in-person assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and behavioral management within geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment and treatment planning.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team in Long-Term Care facilities.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy and behavioral management services.
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines.
