Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our integrated clinical team onsite at long-term care facilities in Vermont. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, perform assessments, care planning, and support residents with common geriatric concerns, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation and medical providers.
