Job summary

Deer Oaks is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join an integrated treatment team serving older adults and physically disabled individuals in long-term care facilities. You will conduct in-person assessments and deliver individual, family, and group therapy, with behavioral management as needed.

The role emphasizes geriatric-focused training, continuing education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with geriatric populations in LTC settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team in Long-Term Care facilities.
