Job summary

Deer Oaks is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our integrated treatment team serving older adults in long-term care facilities. You will conduct in-person assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and deliver behavioral management services in the community setting.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in geriatric mental health or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological services, including screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team in Long-Term Care facilities.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, and behavioral management services.
• Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines.
