Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff. Under the Culinary Services Director, you ensure meals meet therapeutic and dietary guidelines while maintaining dignity and enjoyment.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to control quality, portion sizes, and cost while delivering welcoming, on-time service for residents with flexible shift options from early morning to late afternoon.

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and be responsible for the preparation of foods for residents, guests, and employees.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that meets residents' desires while preserving dignity.
