Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff, under the Culinary Services Director.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet therapeutic diet orders and resident preferences.
• Maintain food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meals with choices while preserving residents' dignity.
