You will work with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to uphold food service standards, dignity, and personal choice while controlling costs and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and assist with the preparation of meals for residents, guests, and employees.
• Follow therapeutic diet orders and maintain food service standards of cost, quality, and quantity.
