Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Service Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests and staff. Working with the Culinary Services Director and the interdisciplinary team, you will ensure meals meet therapeutic diet orders and respect residents' choices.

The role includes on-call AM/PM shifts and a focus on cost, quality and quantity controls, delivering meals that preserve dignity and accommodate resident preferences.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-call shifts (AM/PM)
• Desire to work with geriatric residents
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines
