Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center in Casper, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of dietary techniques and procedures.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks according to the posted menu and dietary needs.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable.
• Keeps work area clean, organized and sanitized; washes pots and pans as needed.
• Maintains health code compliance for food storage and hot/cold temperatures.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies to meet portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean and respectful work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
