Job summary
Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Chester, VA, in private homes or senior living communities. You’ll perform evaluations, create personalized care plans and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.

Qualifications
- Valid OT license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer/EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one OT services to older adults in homes or senior living settings
- Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
- Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
- Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
- Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
