Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home and senior living community physical therapy in Little River, SC. You will evaluate patients, create individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the relevant state(s) or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer/EMR literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and safety.
