Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes and senior living communities in Little Rock, AR. Enjoy autonomy with your own schedule, while delivering evidence-based treatment and advancing patient independence.

Opportunities include in-home and community settings, optional telehealth components, and a strong clinician-driven culture focused on aging in place. AR licensure required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current license in AR or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults at home or in senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
