Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA/Personal Care Aide certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• One year geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Home-based duties: provide personal care (ADLs), nutrition support, light housekeeping, and laundry per care plan.
• Center-based duties: assist with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, meals, and recreational activities.
• Travel between center and participant homes as assigned.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; maintain attendance.
