Job summary

Harbor Health operates two programs for all-inclusive care for the elderly in Mattapan and Brockton, delivering comprehensive healthcare, transportation and social services to over 580 seniors living in the community. We are seeking a Center Aide/CNA to join our Adult Day Health Center, 30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, in Brockton.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities and social needs.
• Assist with mobility, meal setup, and feeding as needed.
• Provide physical and emotional care to participants.
