Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a friendly Receptionist to support front desk operations, answer phones, greet visitors, and coordinate with administration and clinical staff. This full-time role (M-F, 8am-4pm) offers a positive team environment, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow within the facility serving a geriatric population.

Experience with compassionate patient service is valued; we welcome both full-time and part-time candidates who can ensure smooth

Qualifikationen

• Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population.

Aufgaben

• Provides telephone coverage as needed
• Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
• When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
• Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
• Ensure front door is locked at end of shift
• Takes resident pictures
• Assists with scanning, as needed
• Distributes mail
• Plans/assists with employee events
