Job summary

Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY is seeking a receptionist for full-time or part-time roles. The position provides telephone coverage and general administrative support from 8am to 4pm for the Monday-Friday shift.

You will interact with residents and visitors, maintain a courteous front desk, and assist with scanning, mail distribution, and events. We offer training, a supportive team, and pay practices including daily and weekly pay options.

Responsibilities

• Provides telephone coverage as needed
• Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
• When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
• Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
• Ensure front door is locked at end of shift
• Takes resident pictures
• Assists with scanning, as needed
• Distributes mail
• Plans/assists with employee events
