Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE in Louisville, KY is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and support therapeutic menus for residents at our long-term care facility.

The role is full-time with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and occasional evenings/weekends. You’ll work under a team focused on compassionate, purpose-driven care.

Qualificações

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD).
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff, residents and families.
• Numerical ability for diet calculations and reporting.
• Proficient with computers and electronic documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess nutritional needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate activities with the Director of Dietary.
• Attend required in-services and complete online modules.
• Represent the department at committee meetings.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Dietary or Executive Director.
