Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our team serving residents in Farmington and Rolla, Missouri.

You will assess nutritional needs, create care plans, provide education to residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support quality of life.

This hybrid role totals 17 hours weekly at Farmington Presbyterian Manor and 8 hours biweekly at Rolla Presbyterian Manor, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education hours every five years, in accordance with the CDR, utilizing the professional portfolio development process.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards specific to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others, specifically pertaining to nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nutrition Assessments for admissions, quarterly assessments, annual assessments, tube feedings, weight changes +/-4% in 1 month.
• Create and update care plans for staff reference at meals and snacks.
• Complete MDS (Minimum Data Sheets) for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition per ASPEN criteria.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences.
• Support quality assurance and quarterly audits for kitchen and meals.
