Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking a Day Center Supervisor in Bedford, PA to oversee staff and ensure the Plan of Care is implemented with high quality and safety. The role requires leadership to coordinate tasks and maintain daily operations in a compliant manner.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least two years in geriatric care with supervisory experience, plus a valid Pennsylvania driver's license; CNA preferred. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in public health, nursing or social work.
• Minimum two years in geriatric health care; supervisory/lead experience required.
• Valid PA Driver's License; CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train day center staff (Aides) to follow the Plan of Care.
• Delegate daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain safe, pleasant day center environment for participants.
