Job summary

Community LIFE Somerset in Pennsylvania is seeking an Adult Day Center Aide to support seniors with daily living activities, meaningful recreation, and personal care within our day center. You will help participants maintain independence and dignity while coordinating with the care team.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid PA driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and caregiving experience is preferred. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4pm, plus 8 weekend hours monthly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Caregiving experience is preferred.
• Discretion, tact, patience, and good judgment.
• Ability to work with elderly participants in daily living and activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly participants with activities of daily living.
• Provide recreational activities and engagement.
• Perform personal care services in the Adult Day Center or, as needed, at participants' residence.
