Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to meet therapeutic diet orders and resident preferences.
• Maintain cost, quality, and quantity controls while upholding food service standards.
