Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Culinary Service Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff. You will work under the Culinary Services Director and with the interdisciplinary team to ensure therapeutic diet orders are followed and food service standards are met, balancing cost and quality.

You will promote resident choice and dignity in meals, supporting the overall quality of life within Monarch’s network of facilities in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and coordinate the preparation of foods for residents, guests, and employees.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to meet therapeutic diet orders and maintain quality and cost controls.
• Provide meals that reflect resident choices and preserve personal dignity.
