Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA will document progress, ensure adherence to therapy goals, and collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualificações

• Must hold valid COTA license/registration.
• Experience with long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Timely progress notes and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out treatment under OT supervision.
• Provide treatment per goals set by OT.
• Document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and perform duties as assigned by Rehabilitation Director.
