Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license and registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under OT supervision.
• Experience in long-term and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in documentation and weekly progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervision OT.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
