Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult/geriatric patients to achieve meaningful outcomes through compassionate and patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• COTA license or eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Patient-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility and balance.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
