Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will focus on quality outcomes, consistency of care, and clinical autonomy while helping patients improve independence, mobility, safety and overall quality of life in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, and functional outcomes.
• Assist patients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
