Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered occupational therapy to adults and the geriatric population. You will focus on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life while collaborating with a supportive clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualificações

• COTA certification or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans based on rehabilitation needs.
