Franklin County Medical Center in Idaho is seeking a Cosmetologist to provide cosmetology and barbering services to residents of our transitional care facility, helping patients feel presentable and comfortable. You will perform hair styling consultations, shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring, and maintain safety and cleanliness; you will participate in meetings and complete annual competencies.

Licensed in Idaho, HS diploma preferred, strong English communication, and ability to work with

Competenze

• Licensed in the state of Idaho as a beautician, barber, or cosmetologist.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills in the English language
• Basic computer skills
• Facilitation skills to work cooperatively with staff, patients, and others

• Performing hair style consultations with patients to determine the patients’ desired outcomes
• Serving a range of age, wellness, and ability demographics, accommodating communication accordingly
• Shampooing, cutting, styling, and coloring hair and performing barbering services
