Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral care) and basic needs.
• Take vital signs at start of shift and as directed.
• Answer calls for assistance and monitor residents’ condition.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist with resident transportation.
• Provide companionship to residents and ensure safety.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
