FutureCare Associates, Inc. is hiring a CNA-1 to join our frontline care team in Maryland. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and respond to assistance requests while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Competenze

• Must hold a current CNA-1 certification in Maryland.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively.

Mansioni

• Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs.
• Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed.
• Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist in transporting residents as needed.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Ensure the safety of our residents.
• Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
